Shipping Methods

All orders require 24-48 hours processing time before shipping, although we may process orders faster.

FedEx Express Saver - 3 to 4 business days + 24-48 hours to process the order.
- FedEx 2Day - Delivery within 2 business days + 24-48 hours to process the order.
- FedEx Standard Overnight - Delivery within 1 business day + 24-48 hours to process the order.
- UPS Ground - 5 to 7 business days + 24-48 hours to process the order.
- UPS 3Day - 3 business days + 24-48 hours to process the order.
- UPS 2Day - 2 business days + 24-48 hours to process the order.
- UPS Red Next Day Residential - Delivery within 1 business day + 24-48 hours to process the order.
- USPS - APO/FPO orders welcome! Delivery will take approximately 2 to 6 weeks + 24-48 hours to process the order. (Due to military APO/FPO box size, 19" and larger monitors cannot be shipped via this method; please remove them from your shopping cart before proceeding.)
- For Hawaii and Alaska customers, FedEx can only ship via 2Day Air, and the shipping time will not be guaranteed. Therefore, IT Dreams will default to and charge for 2Day Air.
- FedEx only offers 2Day service to Hawaii and Alaska. If you have selected FedEx Saver as your preferred shipping option and attempt to checkout, the shipping method will default to 2Day and you will subsequently be charged accordingly.
- IT Dreams does not process orders during weekends.
- No deliveries will be made on Saturday or Sunday.
- IT Dreams does not guarantee same day shipping.
- All orders shipped within New Jersey and Tennessee will be charged state sales tax. Please note that the sales tax for New Jersey and Tennessee orders is calculated based upon the total price of the order, including shipping and handling. The tax imposed by these states on shipping and handling is part of the state sales tax, not a separate tax.

Exact delivery times to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico cannot be guaranteed.

USPS is available as a shipping option.

USPS Express Mail International and Priority Mail International is available to countries not on the US Economic Embargo List.

IT Dreams may expedite your order upon request to ship same day if receieved before 2:00 PM EST. A request for expedition does not guarantee your order will ship same day. No charges apply for such requests.

Large International Orders may not be processed online and must be shipped via our Air Freight Services. Please contact sales@it-dreamz.com for more information on Air Freight Services.

Order Received: IT Dreams has received your online order and at this time payment has not yet been made. An E-Mail confirmation is sent to the customer.

Payment Received: IT Dreams has received your online order and your payment method has been accepte by IT Dreams. An E-Mail confirmation is sent to the customer.

Order Being Processed: IT Dreams is processing your order. An E-Mail confirmation is sent to the customer.

On Back Order: IT Dreams has placed your order in a back order status as IT Dreams waits for the next delivery from the manufacturer. An E-Mail confirmation is sent to the customer and a follow up E-Mail is sent with an ETPS (Estimated Time Product will Ship)

Credit Review: IT Dreams has placed your order on credit review because their maybe an issue with your order. Such issues might be Shipping & Billing address do not match. Your order is shipping to a high risk area. Other reasons might exist not included here. Credit reviews will delay your order by 1-2 Business days.

Partially Shipped: IT Dreams has shipped part of your order. An E-Mail confirmation is sent to the customer.

Shipped: IT Dreams has shipped your order and a tracking number is now available to the customer. An E-Mail confirmation is sent to the customer.

Canceled: IT Dreams has canceled your order. An E-Mail confirmation is sent to the customer.

Declined: Customers Credit Card has been declined by the card issuer. Contact your card issuer to resolve this issue and reprocess your order. An E-Mail confirmation is sent to the customer.
